1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bolaking ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, services, and all content available on the bolaking platform.

By accessing the bolaking website, creating an account, making any deposit, or using any part of our services, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms in this Agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the bolaking platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account if you have already registered.

2 Registration Eligibility

• The bank account used for deposits must be in the registered member's name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Bolaking does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, payment service providers may apply their own charges.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Bolaking reserves the right to decline or delay any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity or fraud.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Bolaking members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the following conditions are fully met:

• Account identity verification (KYC) has been completed and confirmed by bolaking.
• All wagering requirements on any bonus credited to the account have been fully met.
• The bank account designated for withdrawal must be in the same name as the bolaking account holder.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum limit set for the chosen withdrawal method.
